Subscription laundry and wash & fold laundry are not itemized and therefore are not examined piece by piece. Items needing itemization, dry cleaning, stain removal, or extra care must be placed in a separate bag inside your laundry bag with a note-extra charges may apply. We are not responsible for lost pieces or damage clothing. Cancellation must occur before the service is billed.
